No year goes by till Hastings Models Global Strikes the world with its top model Pageant.. its year 2011 and Hastings Models Global is at it again. The agency which is now on a higher dimensional frequency and rated second to non is now enjoying its high pageant ranking. This time Back, Bigger and Sexier, Hastings Models Global will host a 2 day model search between the 4th February and 5th February 2011.
Models from various corners of the world will meet to compete for the “Miss Hastings Top Model “title. The prestigious pageant created in 2008 by Hastings Models Global President and current World Z9 Kickboxing Champion (George “the dragon” Hastings will in February search for THAT GIRL to wear the Hastings Queen Crown for the next year.
Reagent approved and sanctioned by Hastings Chambers will provide free accommodation to all its participants at the Hatfield Manor Hotel, Pretoria, South Africa. A classic Hastings Family welcome toast by agency President George “The Dragon” Hastings will await the night of the 4th February at the above mentioned hotel. Further event info will be communicated to entered participants.
· All participants are to be between 18 – 25 years of age
· Strictly female participants can enter.
· A R380 admission fee to be made on or before the 1st February 2011.
· Model Photo to accompany entry.
· All participating models to check in at the Hatfield Manor Hotel on Friday 4th February at the communicated time.
· A 5 pro Hastings Models Global Judges panel will be present on Saturday 5th February 2011.
· All models will be expected to take part in all pageant activities as from the 4th – 5th February 2011.

BAG TRAINING -by George "the dragon" Hastings

Training on a heavy punching bag will increase stamina and striking power. Before working out on the bag, tape your hands and wrists to prevent injury. Use boxing gloves or heavy bag gloves during the training session. Set a timer for three minutes, which is the length of each round you will train on the heavy bag. Start the workout by throwing some light kicks and punches to loosen up. Circle around the bag and imagine you are fighting a real opponent. Keep your head moving, to simulate slipping a punch. After the first round ends, take a one-minute break. Drink some water and stretch during the rest period. Set the timer for another three minutes and then begin the next round. Continue to work on kicking and punching technique during each round. Try to train for at least five rounds during the workout.

Kickboxing training tips to increase coordination include speed bag work. A speed bag usually hangs from a wall at around eye level. The bag is about the size of a football and attaches to a swivel that allows it to swing back and forth. Hitting the speed bag develops hand-eye coordination and hand speed. Kicking the bag helps a fighter work on measuring the distance to strike an opponent in the head. Vary the bag strikes between kicks and punches during a workout. Try to train for 10 three-minute rounds, which will work on stamina and overall fitness.

50 Cents Takes a Day to Play With His Cash Stash!

Everyone knows that 50 Cent whose real name is Curtis James Jackson is one of the best and most successful rapper of all time! With his kind of success of course has lots of money that he hardly knows what to do with. It’s probably the reason why on an idle day he suddenly thought of showing some of his stash to the world!
He got bored that’s why he thought of going picture-taking with bundles of $100 bills. All in all, the money he played with in the pictures is about $500,000. He sat down with the bundles stacked in different styles on the table.
After the picture-taking session, the rapper posted his photos on Twitter. 50 Cent had different tweets to go with each picture. There was one photo where he lined up the shape of a heart and with it was the tweet, “Who Says I don’t have a heart? Lol.”
The other pictures show him stacking cards on top of very high piles of cash, flicking through a big bundle, and then one with him with a knife and fork seemingly eating the cash.
Sure 50 Cent is filthy rich! But does he have to show it off like that? It’s obscene। His display just makes me want to be a freakin' billionaire too!
